July 1st thru August 15th SPECIAL (warmest months): $139 per night, plus tax.

August 15th thru October 31st, $149 per night, plus tax.

November 1st through February 28th, $139 per night, plus tax.

Admin Fee of $29 per stay. Must sign rental agreement.

Cleaning fee is included in nightly rate. NO CHORES!

DOGS STAY FREE!
Fenced yard, 2 dog limit.
Please pick-up doggy poop with provided poop bags.
